Data Privacy Compliance Consultant – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for experienced Data Privacy Compliance Consultants to join our APAC team in Singapore, helping clients navigate privacy regulations and implement robust data protection programs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive data protection programme: update policies, processes and guidance to ensure compliant handling of data.
• Lead and manage DPIAs end‑to‑end and advise on risks and practical mitigations.
• Support cross‑border privacy compliance for APAC, aligning frameworks with local laws in partnership with local counsel.
• Design and deliver privacy training and day‑to‑day compliance guidance, and provide complementary commercial/legal support when required.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years of experience in data privacy/compliance, building or implementing privacy frameworks.
• Hands‑on DPIA experience and ability to translate regulatory requirements into workable controls.
• Solid understanding of Singapore PDPA and regional/cross‑border data issues.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder and training skills; legal background a bonus.

Required skills

• Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA)
• Knowledge of Singapore PDPA
• Familiarity with privacy regimes of other countries
