Deployment Trainer – Onsite POS Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Deployment Trainer to travel across Singapore and help merchants adopt EPOS’s point‑of‑sale, payment and business‑management solutions. You will be the face of EPOS during the onboarding journey, delivering hands‑on training and ensuring a smooth transition to our digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site deployment, system setup and configuration at merchant locations.
• Travel daily to merchants across Singapore to provide product training and onboarding support.
• Train merchants and staff on POS functionalities, operational workflows and best practices.
• Perform hands‑on demonstrations, answer product questions and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Maintain accurate deployment records, training completion reports and collect customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Technical Support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate internal teams.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Information Technology, Training or a related field.
• Experience in customer training, onboarding, deployment, implementation or hospitality operations is preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Comfortable with daily travel and field‑based work across Singapore.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer‑engagement abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently while managing multiple schedules.
