DevOps Engineer (AVP)

About the role

OCBC is seeking a proactive DevOps Engineer at the AVP level to lead the administration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of its DevSecOps toolchain. You will bridge development and operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and automated delivery of digital banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain DevSecOps tools including Blackduck Hub, Coverity, Contrast, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
• Plan and execute regular upgrades, patches, and version compliance for all tools and underlying infrastructure.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with bank policies and industry standards, ensuring audit readiness.
• Develop automation scripts for tool configuration, deployment, and monitoring to boost developer productivity.
• Set up proactive monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting for tool health and performance.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven capabilities to enhance security scanning, anomaly detection, and code quality analysis.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing security and DevSecOps tools in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of compliance, security best practices, and audit processes.
• Proven ability to automate workflows and optimize tool usage.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on reliability and performance.
