DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to act as a consultant for Zenika’s global clients. The role combines deep technical expertise with an advisory mindset, helping teams design, build and operate modern cloud platforms while fostering DevOps best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement production‑grade infrastructure on AWS EKS, using Kubernetes for high‑availability container orchestration.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and ArgoCD, automating deployments and releases.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Terragrunt to standardize environments and reduce drift.
• Integrate service‑mesh solutions such as LinkerD to secure inter‑service communication and optimize cloud costs.
• Set up observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) for monitoring, alerting and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with client development and QA teams, providing mentorship and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving attitude with clear communication skills.
• Consulting mindset, able to partner with client teams and drive adoption of DevOps practices.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable working in fast‑paced, agile environments.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA) are a plus.
