DevOps Lead

About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated DevOps Lead to head a team responsible for automated deployments, reliability and scalability across multiple departments. You will drive the design, implementation and continuous improvement of our cloud‑native infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Development and Product teams to ensure successful delivery and maintenance of build pipelines.
• Monitor, backup, deploy and maintain production systems on a daily basis.
• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Develop scripts and programs for service monitoring, health checks and security hardening.
• Automate scalable environments using Kubernetes, Docker and related technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and produce documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote a DevOps culture and continuously evaluate new tools to improve production processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to solve abstract system‑administration issues.
• Experience documenting manuals, guides and system designs.
• Self‑learning mindset and motivation to work with emerging technologies.

Required skills

• Cloud platforms: AWS (EC2, RDS, ELB, EFS, ELK, ElasticCache, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, MSK), GCP or Azure.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab, Nexus, Maven, Sonar, Jira.
• Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code: Ansible (AWX/Tower), Chef, Terraform, Puppet, CloudFormation.
• Monitoring & observability: Vault, Grafana, Prometheus, Keycloak, APM tools.
• Scripting languages: Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, JavaScript, Python, Groovy.
• System administration: Ubuntu/Debian, load‑balancing (TCP/HTTP/DNS routing).
