DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer – 12‑month Contract (up to $7,000/month)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer to join a critical government sector project in Singapore on a 12‑month contract. The role focuses on managing, improving and operating the DevSecOps pipelines and the associated digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the principal engineer in continuous improvement of the Digital Platform, including Enterprise Common Services and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Plan, manage and track operations of the MCC and related tasks, providing support and liaison with DSTA counterparts and appointed partners.
• Provide technical advisory and consultancy on solution design and compliance requirements.
• Ensure all implementations are well documented and adhere to security standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations, DevOps or DevSecOps project management.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps terminology, CIS benchmarks and ITIL processes.
• Experience in defence or public‑sector projects is an advantage.
• Strong supervisory, people‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
