DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI‑forward DevSecOps Engineer to design, build and maintain the cloud environments that power our private‑wealth fintech platform. The role works closely with developers, designers and business stakeholders to ensure secure, reliable and scalable infrastructure for both internal users and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own and operate the cloud infrastructure used to run all environments across the business.
• Design and implement improvements to build pipelines and cloud architecture.
• Collaborate with development teams to provide tooling, advise on cloud design and support CI/CD processes.
• Assist the sales team by provisioning environments and responding to client technical queries.
• Stay current with industry trends and share best practices with the engineering group.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing cloud infrastructure, preferably on Azure.
• Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies and work autonomously.
• Passion for delivering high‑quality customer experiences and robust technology solutions.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and accountable with solid problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
• CI/CD pipelines and scripting (Azure DevOps a plus).
• Networking concepts and configuration.
• Database technologies including SQL and NoSQL.
• Git version control.
• Agile development methodologies.
