DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

As a member of the DevOps team, you will design, build and optimise the infrastructure and deployment pipelines that enable fast, secure and reliable software delivery. You will work closely with development, security and operations teams to embed best‑in‑class DevSecOps practices across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment velocity.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Terragrunt or Ansible.
• Ensure observability through metrics, logs and tracing with Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
• Participate in platform reliability initiatives, including monitoring, alerting and automated testing.
• Integrate security controls into pipelines and enforce compliance.
• Create and maintain automation scripts for provisioning, builds and deployments.
• Manage cloud environments and resources on AWS, including servers, containers and virtual machines.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies, Agile practices and cloud technologies.
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD.
