DevSecOps Engineer – Singapore (On‑site)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated DevSecOps Engineer to join our Singapore office. You will blend software development, security, and operations expertise to embed security throughout our CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and SHIP‑HATS across development, UAT, staging and production.
• Implement secure deployment automation with approval workflows, quality gates, audit trails, rollback procedures and release controls.
• Support cloud operations on AWS and GCC, handling infrastructure configuration, environment management, monitoring and production support.
• Develop automation scripts, reusable pipeline templates, runbooks and deployment standards.
• Integrate security controls such as vulnerability scanning, dependency checks, secrets management, code quality validation and compliance checks into pipelines.
• Monitor application, infrastructure and pipeline health via enterprise monitoring tools, dashboards, alerts and log analysis.
• Coordinate release management activities and conduct root‑cause analysis for incidents, driving corrective actions.
• Maintain access controls, perform regular reviews and support vulnerability management, audit requests and security compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, systems engineering or cloud operations.
• Hands‑on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines in enterprise or government settings.
• Experience with SHIP‑HATS or similar DevSecOps delivery platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud‑hosted workloads.
