Digital Acquisition & Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Acquisition & Performance Marketing Executive to lead PR Newswire’s regional growth across APAC. You will design and execute performance‑driven campaigns, manage paid media, and optimise SEO to expand our digital footprint and attract business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive performance‑marketing strategies for the Asia‑Pacific market.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across SEM, display, social, programmatic, eDM, GDN and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling landing pages, copy and visuals.
• Monitor campaign metrics, analyse performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
• Apply SEO best practices to boost organic rankings and drive traffic.
• Work closely with content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay current on emerging digital‑marketing trends and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a sizable organisation.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns with a detail‑oriented, innovative approach.
• Strong command of English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
