Digital Art Director

About the role

Convertium is a full‑spectrum digital agency that puts users first. The Digital Art Director will lead the visual and interaction design of client projects, ensuring a blend of beauty and utility across web and e‑marketing deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and raise standards in interaction design, visual communication, UI design, typography and overall visual aesthetics.
• Act as the primary design liaison for clients, presenting concepts and gathering feedback.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative creative environment.
• Hands‑on execution of design assets from concept through final delivery.
• Stay current with emerging digital and web design trends and incorporate them into project work.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a digital designer with a strong portfolio of UI and digital art.
• Formally trained in design with a solid understanding of design philosophy and principles.
• Excellent people‑skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
