Digital Growth & E-Commerce Manager

About the role

Exemplary Voyages is seeking a Digital Growth & E-Commerce Manager to lead its digital transformation and build a high‑converting direct inquiry and booking ecosystem. You will shape the company’s online sales strategy, improve website performance, and expand partnerships with global travel platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the company website to increase traffic, inquiry conversions, and overall user experience.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies, manage Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns, and coordinate email and content marketing.
• Design conversion funnels, track performance with Google Analytics and other reporting tools, and optimise landing pages and inquiry forms.
• Define and implement the direct online booking strategy, evaluate booking engine solutions, and integrate CRM, payment gateways and marketing automation tools.
• Manage relationships with OTA and distribution partners such as GetYourGuide, Viator, Expedia Activities, Klook and others, handling product onboarding, content optimisation, pricing updates and performance analysis.
• Monitor key KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, CPA, ROI) and identify opportunities for revenue growth and digital expansion.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce, travel technology, hospitality or tourism.
• Commercially minded, data‑driven and passionate about travel.
• Proven ability to build and scale digital sales initiatives from the ground up.
