Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

Hioki is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to join its Global MarCom Headquarters in Singapore. The role will design and scale a data‑driven digital marketing ecosystem across APAC and global markets, driving brand visibility, customer journey optimization, and measurable pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a performance‑oriented marketing approach using automation, analytics and digital platforms to deliver personalized engagement at scale.
• Develop and execute always‑on demand generation programs across search, social, display and partner channels, and lead AI‑driven optimization (AIO/GEO) strategies.
• Own the website as the primary conversion engine, leading UI/UX revamps, CRO, technical SEO and localized landing‑page frameworks.
• Build a single source of truth for digital performance by integrating CRM, marketing automation and web‑analytics tools, and track KPIs such as traffic quality, CPL and conversion rates.
• Lead end‑to‑end eCommerce performance, collaborating with Sales and Product teams to align digital initiatives with commercial priorities.
• Establish a test‑and‑learn culture, running structured A/B tests on ads, landing pages and CTAs to improve ROI.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in performance marketing, demand generation and B2B digital funnels.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
• Hands‑on experience integrating Martech ecosystems and applying AI for campaign optimization.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills to align global strategy with regional execution.
