Digital Marketing & PR Executive – Branding & Communications

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing & PR Executive to lead branding and communications initiatives across Singapore. The role combines event management, performance marketing, and video production to elevate our corporate presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute high‑profile corporate events, webinars, and roadshows, handling budgets, vendor logistics, and venue coordination.
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies, driving post‑event engagement through targeted follow‑up campaigns and lead‑generation tracking.
• Conceptualise, direct, and film premium video content for digital platforms, translating brand narratives into compelling visual stories.
• Design, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn to maximise ROI/ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and targeting parameters, collaborating with internal leaders and external partners for seamless delivery.
• Liaise with external agencies for video editing and production support.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Media, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and performance advertising.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and a polished corporate demeanor.
• Flexibility to work weekends for physical events, with compensatory off‑days provided.
