Director, HR Business Partner – Integrated Services

About the role

The Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) is the strategic People partner for the Integrated Services leadership team in Singapore. You will shape the people agenda to support business performance, transformation and growth across ENGIE's Integrated Services.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR advisor to the Integrated Services Managing Director and leadership team, contributing to business strategy discussions.
• Translate business strategy into workforce plans, organisational design, talent strategies and leadership capability initiatives.
• Lead organisation reviews, restructuring, and workforce transformation projects, ensuring optimal spans, layers and role clarity.
• Develop and execute strategic workforce plans, anticipate capability needs and manage headcount, productivity and resource allocation.
• Partner with People Development & DEI to drive talent reviews, succession planning and internal mobility.
• Oversee performance management implementation, coach leaders on capability building and employee engagement.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, integrations and divestments, assessing workforce implications and developing implementation plans.

Required profile

• Extensive senior HR leadership experience, preferably in a large, multinational environment.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and constructive challenger to senior business leaders.
• Strong track record in organisational design, workforce planning and talent management.
• Experience managing complex transformation, restructuring or integration projects.
• Excellent communication, influencing and coaching skills.
