Director, Technology Enablement & Procurement (iValua, Zycus, Coupa)

About the role

KPMG Singapore is seeking a seasoned Director to lead technology enablement and procurement transformation initiatives for its clients. The role focuses on end‑to‑end supply chain consulting, leveraging platforms such as iValua, Zycus, Coupa and others to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales and lead consulting engagements that optimise supply chain and procurement processes.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client supply‑chain operations to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement strategic recommendations, including budgeting and planning within time‑ and cost‑constraints.
• Lead all project phases: RFP response, requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis, solution design, effort estimation, blueprinting, build, configuration, data migration, testing (UT, SIT, UAT) and go‑live.
• Provide solution recommendations aligned with client scope and requirements while ensuring compliance with industry and technical standards.
• Perform risk analysis, manage mitigation plans and monitor project dependencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C‑level executives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred).
• Minimum 15 + years of experience in supply‑chain consulting or related industry roles with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major SCM application (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Jaggaer, o9, iValua, Zycus).
• Deep expertise in supply‑chain planning, logistics, inventory management, procurement and distribution.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage project teams and client engagements.
