Distribution Planner, South Asia

About the role

Louis Vuitton’s Supply Chain Team is seeking a Distribution Planner for the South Asia region, based in Singapore. The role supports Women’s Universe Distribution Planners in managing inventory for Ready‑to‑Wear and Shoes, ensuring optimal stock levels and seamless omnichannel fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate stock coverage and balance seasonal product inventory according to a planned calendar.
• Execute end‑of‑season clean‑up, retrieve obsolete items, and support retail activations and client appointments.
• Implement pre‑ordering strategies for new collections using the Distribution application tool and Order Management System (OMS).
• Troubleshoot orderability issues, coordinate product sourcing for e‑commerce and client service, and monitor omnichannel performance.
• Communicate key inventory KPIs, collaborate on retail performance analysis, and ensure compliance with rebalancing and reservation policies.
• Act as a key user for OMS, write orderability rules, manage system abnormalities, and represent the zone in global application evolution discussions.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI, VBA, SQL, and experience with SAP is a plus.
• Experience in luxury product distribution or fashion retail is advantageous.
