Document Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Document Controller to join Aedas’ Singapore office. You will support project teams by managing, organizing and distributing project documentation in line with company and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organise project documents according to BCA, ISO and internal filing protocols.
• Register, track and distribute incoming and outgoing drawings, reports and correspondence.
• Prepare document issue packages and update tracking registers and distribution lists.
• Ensure accurate filing, version control and easy retrieval using the company’s electronic document management system.
• Assist project teams in formatting and submitting reports and other documentation.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow filing protocols.
• Capable of managing deadlines and supporting multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) for tracking, naming and version control.
