Engineering Lead - Digital

About the role

The Senior Digital Engineering Lead is a hands‑on technical leader responsible for keeping the partner delivery engine operating at the required standard while driving platform and capability upgrades across APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the APAC Digital technical roadmap into an executable plan and flag strategic risks.
• Lead the technical rollout of policy administration and claims management platforms across APAC.
• Run cross‑cutting engineering programmes such as infrastructure upgrades, platform modernisation, security and compliance uplift, and AI‑assisted tooling adoption.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership for four platform and architecture leads, ensuring standards are documented and reused.
• Enforce technical standards and engineering quality across delivery squads.

Required profile

• Senior hands‑on technical leader with experience delivering large‑scale platform projects.
• Proven ability to turn technical roadmaps into actionable plans and manage execution risk.
• Strong stakeholder management, able to work with global platform teams and regional heads.
• Experience leading multiple engineering teams and coordinating cross‑functional programmes.
