Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

Adventus, a global ICT solutions and services provider, is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive sales of its cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure offerings. You will work directly with large enterprise clients, building trusted relationships and expanding the portfolio of services delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Secure deals with enterprise clients for products and services such as cybersecurity, cloud services, IT resource outsourcing, IT infrastructure, managed print, IP telephony, and physical door access systems.
• Manage enterprise accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and deepen business relationships.
• Identify and meet the holistic IT needs of existing clients to grow total services rendered.
• Lead and facilitate meetings and presentations with clients at all levels, gathering accurate IT requirements and presenting Adventus’ offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in any discipline.
• Quick learner who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and aspires to work in the tech industry.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B corporate sales experience with a proven track record.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin‑speaking customers.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C‑level executives.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
