Enterprise Sales Manager – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated enterprise sales professional with a strong hunter mindset who is passionate about building new business and closing complex enterprise software deals. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, engaging C‑level stakeholders, managing end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycles, and selling ETP's Unified Commerce and Retail Technology solutions to leading retail brands across Singapore and the region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition by identifying and developing enterprise sales opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic account planning.
• Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure.
• Engage with C‑level executives, business leaders, and IT stakeholders to understand challenges and position ETP's solutions.
• Collaborate with Presales, Solution Consulting, Product, and Delivery teams to develop winning proposals.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage contract closures.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
• Proven experience in enterprise B2B software sales, including ERP, SaaS, and retail technology solutions.
• Strong hunter mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and influence C‑level decision makers.
• Mandarin proficiency is mandatory.
