Event Coordinator – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Event Coordinator will support the Manager in delivering seamless meetings and events at The St. Regis Singapore, ensuring the brand’s service standards are upheld and guest satisfaction is maximised.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in planning and executing meetings, banquets and special events.
• Drive implementation of brand service strategy and initiatives.
• Handle guest issues and conflicts promptly during events.
• Conduct daily walk‑throughs of banquet floors to maintain quality standards.
• Follow all company safety, security and reporting procedures.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate their needs and provide courteous service.
• Answer telephone enquiries using professional etiquette.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and protect company assets.
• Perform physical duties such as lifting, moving and inspecting equipment up to 25 lb.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related event or hospitality experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality and quality standards.
