Executive Assistant to VP & GM, Building Automation ASEAN & East Asia

About the role

Join Honeywell in Jurong as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President & General Manager of Building Automation for ASEAN & East Asia. You will act as a trusted partner, providing high‑level administrative, calendar, travel, and communication support in a fast‑paced regional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the VPGM’s day‑to‑day calendar, appointments, travel arrangements and logistics with meticulous accuracy.
• Coordinate complex, cross‑regional schedules across ASEAN & East Asia, ensuring preparation, follow‑up and alignment with business priorities.
• Serve as the focal point for Singapore engagement committees, handling meeting cadence, stakeholder communications and action tracking.
• Plan, coordinate and execute employee‑engagement activities, town halls, recognition programmes and site‑level communications.
• Prepare, format and distribute presentations, reports, agendas, minutes and other executive materials.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions, countries and leadership teams to support business rhythm and regional operating cadence.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Support visitors, meetings, workshops and business events hosted in Singapore, including venue coordination.

• Ability to anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts and enable effective executive time management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders across regions.
