About the role

The Executive, People & Culture will lead the HR function for Mondrian Singapore, shaping compensation, performance, employee relations and culture to support the hotel’s growth in a vibrant neighbourhood.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive pay and accurate administration.
• Design and manage performance appraisal systems, mid‑year reviews and succession planning.
• Use HR metrics and analytics to produce regular reports for senior leadership.
• Handle employee relations issues, ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain HR policies.
• Develop and run employee engagement initiatives, surveys and feedback sessions.
• Support talent acquisition, retention strategies and onboarding processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience; master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑SCP, IHRP) preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
