About the role
The Executive, Student Services will support and guide students throughout their academic journey at Kaplan Higher Education Academy. This contract position runs until June 2027 and is ideal for fresh or entry‑level candidates who are eager to contribute to student success.
Key responsibilities
- Draft programme updates and send notifications via the K360 app.
- Respond to student enquiries through email, phone, walk‑ins and class visits.
- Prepare and issue Letters of Verification.
- Monitor student attendance, intervene when necessary and process leave applications.
- Assist students with re‑modules, course transfers, withdrawals, deferments, resumptions, extensions, and related requests.
- Conduct student satisfaction surveys and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide support for both academic and non‑academic interventions.
