Facilities Technician

About the role

As a Facilities Technician at JLL you will be the hands‑on problem solver who ensures the client’s premises operate smoothly, safely and efficiently. You will perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance and rapid response to any building issues, supporting a high‑standard facility management service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections, including water and electrical meter readings.
• Perform routine checks on essential equipment and execute basic electrical tasks such as power‑trip resets, switch replacements and light‑fitting installations.
• Carry out basic plumbing work, including clearing blocked sinks, fixing leakages and replacing kitchen or bathroom fixtures.
• Participate in monthly joint EHS inspections and address any non‑compliance.
• Inspect and maintain fan‑coil units (FCU) and monitor ambient temperature settings.
• Escort vendors for deliveries, maintenance and corrective services.
• Manage Move‑Add‑Change (M.A.C) of furniture and workspace layouts.
• Support meeting rooms, events and seasonal setups, handling decoration and poster management.
• Maintain inventory of pantry, M&E supplies, tools and office keys, ensuring housekeeping standards.
• Respond to fault calls and emergency escalations promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facility maintenance covering electrical, plumbing and equipment checks.
• Ability to conduct independent site inspections and daily operational tasks.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks such as furniture moves and equipment servicing.
• Strong organisational skills for key, supply and vendor coordination.
