F&B Executive

About the role

The Food & Beverage Executive will support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and ensure a high‑standard dining experience across our outlets in Singapore. This senior‑level position involves supervising staff, handling cash and banking duties, and contributing to cost control and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and deputize for the Restaurant Manager, overseeing restaurant operations.
• Supervise a team of service crew to maintain smooth service flow.
• Handle cashiering and banking responsibilities, including daily cash reconciliation.
• Conduct interviews, guide training, and motivate new and existing service crew.
• Maintain service standards, discipline, grooming, and team spirit among staff.
• Participate in performance appraisals and crew confirmations.
• Complete daily checklists and gather customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support labour and F&B costing monitoring, including monthly stock takes.
• Adhere to company SOPs and perform any other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a service team.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and able to uphold grooming standards.
• Capability to handle cash, banking, and basic cost‑control tasks.
