F&B Team Leader (All Day Dining)

About the role

As an F&B Team Leader for All Day Dining, you will guide a team of Guest Service Experts to create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will ensure that service standards, food quality, and safety protocols are consistently met while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange dining areas, ensuring tables are properly prepared for service.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen to coordinate orders and timing.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve meals, and address any special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Uphold safety standards, company policies, and quality guidelines at all times.
• Monitor and support team members, providing guidance on service procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food and beverage experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance) and perform repetitive motions.
