F&B Team Leader – All Day Dining

About the role

As an F&B Team Leader for the All Day Dining outlet at Marriott International, you will oversee daily service operations, ensuring guests receive a memorable dining experience. You will coordinate with the kitchen, manage table settings, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange dining areas, ensuring tables are properly prepared for service.
• Communicate orders and special requests between guests and the kitchen staff.
• Serve guests promptly, address inquiries, and handle any issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining floor, service stations, and related supplies.
• Follow health, safety, and quality standards, including proper handling of food and equipment.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance, and moving around the service area for extended periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of relevant food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for long periods and meet the physical demands described.
