About the role

The Finance Management Associate (FMA) program at Sea offers a two‑year, fast‑track journey for recent graduates to build solid accounting and finance foundations while developing digital fluency. Participants rotate through four six‑month assignments across Sea’s three core businesses – Garena, Shopee, and Monee – gaining hands‑on experience in how finance teams leverage technology to create value.

Key responsibilities

• Complete four 6‑month rotations in accounting, finance, and technology‑focused finance functions.
• Support financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting activities for each business unit.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate digital tools into finance processes.
• Participate in regional projects that drive efficiency and innovation.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior finance leaders.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (0‑2 years experience) with a recognised bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
• Strong academic record from a reputable university.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• High sense of ownership, analytical thinking and problem‑solving capability.
• Adaptable, self‑starting attitude and comfort working in a dynamic environment.
