Finance Performance Management Analyst

About the role

Prudential is seeking a Finance Performance Management Analyst to support the reporting, submission, and communication of financial key performance indicators (KPIs). The analyst will ensure accurate, timely delivery of KPI data and provide actionable insights that enable informed decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver financial KPI reports, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Track KPI performance, conduct analysis, and present insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Strategy, and Product teams on KPI monitoring, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
• Partner with the Distribution team to incorporate market trends and sentiment into sales forecasts.
• Assist in the design and implementation of tools and dashboards to improve process efficiency and tracking capabilities.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, or performance management.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or Business.
• Strong project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
