Financial Analyst – CPS Singapore

About the role

Join the Finance team at Pacific Refreshments, a strategic concentrate manufacturing plant in Singapore. As a Financial Analyst you will support business planning, inventory management and accounting functions for a fast‑growing, award‑winning organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead OPEX reporting and analysis, including actuals, business plan and monthly rolling estimates.
• Prepare inventory exposure analysis and support physical inventory counts and cycle‑count audits.
• Deliver accurate monthly financial forecasts, management P&L statements, operating capital and variance analyses.
• Act as plant finance partner (KAM) to Shared Services and Operating Units, providing data and insights on sales and COGS.
• Support controls, compliance activities and continuous improvement of accounting systems and processes.
• Assist with special projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in manufacturing operations is preferred.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and building scenario analyses for decision‑making.
• Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI (plus).
