Financial Analyst – Reporting & FP&A Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Financial Analyst to join our Regional Enterprise Business Group. You will work closely with the Singapore FP&A team to deliver accurate and timely business reports that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate critical business reports for the Regional Enterprise Business Group.
• Own billed revenue (BR) reporting, extract data using Power Query and prepare monthly BR reports for the sales team.
• Support target‑setting exercises by running complex data files, consolidating inputs and producing finalized target reports.
• Produce management, financial and operational reports on a routine basis.
• Assist with project WBS (project ID) issuance.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses, continuously seeking automation opportunities with advanced Excel functions.
• Handle ad‑hoc projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in Management Reporting, FP&A support or Shared Services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight month‑end deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, complex formulas, large data sets).
• Power Query and Macros.
• Experience extracting and working with large data from SAP.
