About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Financial Counselling Associate Executive to provide professional financial counselling support to clients seeking healthcare financing assistance. This temporary position offers the chance to work in a service‑oriented environment, collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial counselling and guidance on healthcare financing options and assistance schemes.
• Assess clients' financial circumstances and recommend suitable solutions.
• Process and manage financial assistance applications and related documentation accurately.
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate effective case management.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow‑up on assigned cases.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client service experience.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• Relevant experience in financial counselling, customer service, healthcare administration, social service, or related fields is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional client engagement style.
• Detail‑oriented with good organisational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced service environment.
