About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Producer to lead the creation of financial and brand‑focused programmes across our global social‑media channels. The role combines strategic planning, storytelling and hands‑on production to deliver high‑impact content that positions our clients as thought leaders in fintech and financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end strategy, development and production of financial and brand‑centric content for global social media platforms.
• Develop distinctive content IPs that resonate with international audiences and strengthen brand influence.
• Own the full production lifecycle: topic development, research, scriptwriting, guest coordination, on‑site directing, post‑production and visual packaging.
• Maintain high standards for storytelling, production quality and audience engagement while balancing depth with entertainment value.
• Monitor global social media trends, financial narratives and cultural nuances across key markets.
• Leverage AI‑powered text, audio, video and visual tools to enhance multilingual content creation and production workflows.
• Collaborate with content strategy, design and compliance teams to ensure efficient execution and high‑quality output.
• Track and own key performance metrics such as views, engagement, audience growth and brand impact.

Required profile

• 5+ years of program production experience, including directing documentaries or editorial series.
• Proven track record of successful financial or business programmes on social media platforms.
• Strong interest and foundational knowledge of finance, commercial or technology domains.
• Excellent storytelling and narrative skills with a solid visual language sense.
• Ability to conduct interviews, direct on‑site productions and manage post‑production editing rhythms.
• Experience handling both long‑form and short‑form video formats.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered content creation tools (AI translation, AI voice‑over, AI script generation, visual concept generation).
