Food & Beverage Executive – Airport Lounge

About the role

Accor, in partnership with a leading airline, is looking for a proactive Food & Beverage Executive to manage daily operations of the lounge dining area at Changi Airport. You will ensure buffet stations are well‑stocked, tables are promptly cleared and reset, and guests enjoy a clean, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and replenish buffet stations to maintain consistent food availability and presentation.
• Clear used dishes, cutlery and glassware from tables efficiently.
• Reset tables quickly and neatly for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and buffet areas.
• Assist guests with basic inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist in stock control and proper storage of food and beverage supplies.
• Comply with food hygiene, safety, and handling regulations.
• Support setup and closing duties for buffet service.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, hotel, lounge or F&B operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset.
