About the role
Join the team at Marina Bay Sands as a Food & Beverage Service Attendant, delivering friendly and efficient service to guests in a world‑class restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Take and serve food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assist team members with restaurant preparation, set‑up, and stock checks of amenities and utensils.
- Provide guests with menu knowledge, suggestive upselling, and respond to special requests.
- Handle telephone and email reservation enquiries and perform other administrative duties.
Required profile
- Minimum secondary school education with O‑Level passes; a diploma is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in guest service or a similar hospitality role.
- Food hygiene and safety certification.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays with a professional appearance.
