Food & Beverage Service Executive – Alfresco Bar

About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Executive will lead a team at Raffles Courtyard, an alfresco bar and lounge offering Singaporean and Southeast Asian cuisine. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences while supporting the outlet’s financial and service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, maintaining high service standards and grooming compliance.
• Oversee station set‑up, stock levels, cleanliness, and ensure all side stations are fully stocked before and after each shift.
• Deliver high‑quality guest service, taking orders, promoting menu items, upselling beverages, and handling guest preferences.
• Manage guest feedback, resolve minor complaints, and communicate any service shortfalls to the manager promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and NEA regulations, and support dishwashing, pantry, and service preparation efficiency.

Required profile

• Certificate or diploma in hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an international cuisine restaurant, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong interpersonal skills, guest‑oriented attitude, and ability to work well in a team.
