Food & Beverage Service Executive – Grand Lobby

About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Executive leads the service team in the iconic Grand Lobby, ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests through proactive leadership and impeccable service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant station, supervising staff to achieve service and profitability targets.
• Take and promote guest orders, ensuring accurate input into the Point of Sale system and double‑checking tickets before sending to the kitchen.
• Verify guest satisfaction throughout each course, personalize service using guest preferences, and handle billing and farewells.
• Maintain side stations, tables, silverware and glassware to established cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Drive upselling, manage minor complaints, and ensure compliance with NEA regulations and hotel SOPs.
• Mentor and train team members, conduct on‑the‑job coaching and ensure safety, fire and hygiene procedures are followed.

Required profile

• Certificate or diploma in hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an international‑class restaurant, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, reliable and team‑oriented.
• Motivated self‑starter with a guest‑focused mindset.
