Food & Beverage Service Executive – Raffles Courtyard

About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Executive will lead a team at Raffles Courtyard, an upscale alfresco bar and lounge in Singapore. You will ensure seamless service, uphold the hotel’s high standards, and contribute to the outlet’s financial and guest‑experience targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of a designated restaurant station, ensuring high‑quality service and adherence to SOPs.
• Assist the Outlet Manager in coaching staff, maintaining grooming standards, and fostering a professional team environment.
• Take orders, promote menu items, and upsell food, beverages, liquors, and cocktails.
• Provide courteous greetings and farewells, handling guest interactions with emotional intelligence.
• Maintain knowledge of the food & beverage menu, including Peranakan and Southeast Asian offerings.
• Support efficient, profitable service while safeguarding guests’ belongings.

Required profile

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service orientation.
• Well‑presented and compliant with grooming standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑end hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, including cocktails and liquors.
• Proficiency in order taking and upselling techniques.
• Experience supervising restaurant operations.
