About the role

We are seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to manage daily operations at our seafood restaurant. The role involves overseeing inventory, menu preparation, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and customer service.

Key responsibilities

Order supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Verify and endorse all incoming products and raw materials.
Assist in the preparation and design of food and drink menus.
Produce high‑quality plated dishes with attention to design and taste.
Prepare, wash, peel, chop, and cut food ingredients.
Maintain clean and hygienic food preparation areas and enforce sanitation regulations.
Resolve issues promptly and manage problematic situations.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers.

Required profile

Willingness to work night shifts, split shifts, and weekends as needed.
Ability to work extra hours during peak periods.
Strong commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
