About the role

The company is seeking a Food Lab Technician to support its quality assurance operations across Singapore. This entry‑level position involves conducting routine analyses on raw materials, in‑process and finished food products, as well as on water used in production. Working hours are Monday to Friday and the laboratory is located in the Macpherson area. The role offers on‑the‑job training and a monthly salary ranging from SGD 2,200 to 2,800.

Key responsibilities

Perform physical, chemical and microbiological testing on incoming and finished food products.
Collect, prepare and analyse water samples for quality compliance.

Required profile

Minimum Diploma in Chemical Process (food option), Food Science, Food Technology or Applied Science.
Fresh or entry‑level graduate willing to learn and grow in a laboratory environment.
Training will be provided to develop necessary laboratory skills.
