About the role

We are looking for a Front Office Executive to join our clinic team in Orchard, Singapore. This entry‑level position involves being the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth appointment scheduling and delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

Register patients and manage appointment bookings.
Handle cashiering duties and collect payments.
Respond to patient enquiries, gather feedback, and address concerns.
Explain treatment procedures before appointments.
Provide courteous and professional patient care.
Share information on treatment options and clinic services (no sales required).

Required profile

Strong customer service experience.
Prior experience in a clinic, hospitality, or similar customer‑facing environment is an advantage.

Required skills

What we offer

Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 2,500 to 3,000.
Standard office hours: Monday‑Friday 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am–1:00 pm.
Opportunity to transition from a 3‑month contract to a permanent role.
