Front Office Guest Services Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Front Office Guest Services Agent to deliver memorable experiences for guests throughout their stay at our Marina Bay property. The role combines check‑in/check‑out operations, guest assistance, and coordination of on‑site services.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest arrivals and departures, handling cash, credit, and deposits in accordance with BSA and cash‑drawer policies.
• Manage room assignments, key programming, wake‑up calls and special requests.
• Provide accurate information on property amenities, local attractions, and transportation.
• Answer the department telephone promptly using proper etiquette and maintain a tidy workstation.
• Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and complete night‑shift checklists.
• Follow all reservation policies regarding cancellations, guarantees, deposits and wait‑lists.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow security and cash‑handling procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 10 lb for extended periods.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Required skills

• Experience operating a cash register and handling cash transactions.
• Familiarity with electronic key programming and reservation systems.
• Knowledge of counterfeit‑currency detection procedures.
• Proficiency in telephone etiquette and guest service protocols.
