Full Stack Developer (Build Lead)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of cloud‑based applications. The role combines hands‑on coding with technical leadership, ensuring that both legacy and modernised systems are secure, reliable, and delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑stack development teams, overseeing solution design, architecture, and code quality.
• Develop responsive front‑end applications using React, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS within a micro‑frontend architecture.
• Build robust back‑end services with Java, Spring Framework, JSP, Servlets, RESTful APIs and micro‑services.
• Deploy and maintain applications on AWS, implementing CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and serverless components such as Lambda.
• Implement security controls, maintain high code quality, and drive unit‑testing and automation.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level developers and collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑stack development experience, preferably on government or large‑scale systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and leadership abilities.
