Full Stack Developer

About the role

The Full Stack Developer will own end‑to‑end sustainment of a critical application, ensuring stability and reliability across both client‑side and server‑side components. You will work in a change‑controlled environment, addressing defects, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities while supporting integration and data‑handling needs.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve defects in both frontend and backend codebases.
• Perform performance optimisation and improve system resilience.
• Update software dependencies and remediate application‑level vulnerabilities.
• Support integration issues, including data handling and local persistence mechanisms.
• Address problems arising from OS, platform, or library updates.
• Carry out sustainment activities without adding new functional scope beyond approved changes.

Required profile

• Strong experience in full‑stack application development and sustainment (minimum 5 years preferred).
• Working knowledge of application security, vulnerability remediation, and dependency management.
• Experience with systems operating across cloud and client environments.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and fault isolation in operational systems.
• Ability to work in a change‑controlled, high‑reliability operations environment.
• Eligible to work in Singapore and obtain required security clearance for RSAF operational systems.
