Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the Changi Digital Factory’s agile squad. You will help design and build cloud‑native digital products and AI‑enabled solutions that support airport operations and commercial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack web applications using modern frameworks such as React or Next.js.
• Build backend services, RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools and incorporate Large Language Models or AI agents where appropriate.
• Design, test, deploy and support cloud‑native applications on AWS, including services like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, S3 and Cognito.
• Evaluate AI outputs, improve accuracy and ensure reliable, scalable solutions.
• Participate in agile delivery, knowledge sharing and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in full‑stack application development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with good communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new technologies, including AI‑related tools.
