Full Stack Developer (ReactJS & Java Spring Boot)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑quality web applications. You will work across the entire technology stack, from responsive front‑end interfaces to robust back‑end services, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop modern front‑end applications using ReactJS and Vite.
• Build back‑end services and REST APIs with Java and Spring Boot.
• Integrate databases using JPA and SQL for data management.
• Create, test, and maintain containerised applications with Docker.
• Apply microservices patterns and best‑practice integration techniques.
• Write and maintain unit tests to guarantee code quality.
• Support local API mocking and application testing.
• Contribute to AI agent development and integration.
• Use Git and Gradle for source control and build automation.
• Assist with deployment and operations on AWS.
• Take ownership of deliverables and collaborate in an Agile environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take accountability.
• Experience in government or regulated‑sector environments is a plus.
