Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Univers is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join its Application Services team. You will work at the intersection of platform capabilities and customer outcomes, delivering modern enterprise and AI‑powered applications that help organisations achieve net‑zero goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate business applications ranging from traditional enterprise systems to AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
• Evaluate and apply large language models, generative AI, and workflow automation technologies to solve real business challenges.
• Build rapid prototypes, proofs‑of‑concept, and pilot implementations to validate technical feasibility and business value.
• Drive solutions through the full lifecycle: requirements gathering, development, deployment, production rollout, and operational support.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools and AI‑native engineering practices to improve software quality, delivery speed, and productivity.
• Create reusable assets, accelerators, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistent and scalable delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, solution architects, go‑to‑market teams, and customers to ensure successful project adoption.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering foundation with hands‑on experience in application development and system integration.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience integrating APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and third‑party platforms.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted engineering tools (e.g., Kiro, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) and emerging AI technologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Good communication, collaboration, and ownership mindset.
