Full Stack Engineer – Remote (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a product‑mindful Full Stack Engineer to help build and ship features for BJAK’s AI‑powered Neobank app. The role spans frontend, backend, APIs and internal tools, allowing you to turn ambiguous ideas into polished, customer‑facing products quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch end‑to‑end product features across the web stack, including UI, APIs and databases.
• Create and maintain customer and internal workflows such as onboarding, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC and risk management.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, mobile, backend and AI engineers to iterate fast and improve post‑release.
• Build internal tools and automation that reduce manual effort and support scaling operations.
• Own the feature lifecycle: monitor performance, debug issues, gather insights and continuously improve.

Required profile

• Proven full‑stack experience with shipped products in a fast‑moving environment.
• Comfortable working across both frontend and backend layers and handling production debugging.
• Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Self‑starter who can thrive with ambiguity and deliver end‑to‑end outcomes.
